Kentucky Journal WRITTEN BY: LAUREN ROUSE SATURDAY* TODAY WAS KIND OF BORING. ALL WE DID WAS DRIVE. WE DROVE FOR 11 HOURS.* SUNDAY^ TODAY I WENT TO MAMMOTH CAVE NATIONAL PARK. I GOT TO GO INTO THE CAVE AND GET ICE CREAM AT AN ICE CREAM SHOP NEAR THE CAVE. MONDAY” Today I went to Cumberland Falls and Cumberland Gap. At Cumberland Falls I was able to hike a trail and view the falls from 4 places. At Cumberland Gap I was able to pretend I was on a cannon crew. TUESDAY$    Today was awesome! I walked across to Natural Bridges in one day.   First one was at Natural Bridge State Park. I hiked what was said to be .50 miles but was actually 1.50 miles up to the Natural Bridge.  The other Natural Bridge was at Red River Gorge. We ended up camping at Natural Bridge State Park and met of family with six kids.                        ...
